My ceiling was wet, and Frankum AC & Heating, LLC saved the day. Came out within just a few hours. Very responsive, upfront, and honest company. Harold respected my home and space, wore shoe covers, and quickly and superbly fixed the problem in a very short time. The sweet lady, Renee, who answers the phone is excellent. She is efficient and gets the job done. I highly recommend this company. Look no further. Frankum AC & Heating, LLC doesn’t give the runaround like some of the others. I really appreciate them. I have maintenance scheduled with them now for fall and spring at a very reasonable price.

This local company I give a 5-star service rating. Had furnace motor burn that they repaired quickly & professionally. A/C crashed and they repaired quickly, Tech, Kenny, is the guy you want! They will get all our business, and we will tell everyone!
I called Frankum AC & Heating, LLC about replacing my old unit, and they came out the same day. The next day, two polite and knowledgeable men installed the new unit and finished up by 4 pm. They protected my floors with drop cloths and cleaned up after the work was done. I’m happy to have found Frankum AC & Heating, LLC and will be using them in the future for all of my heating and cooling needs.
Landon came this morning to take care of an AC drain line clog. He was knowledgeable, polite, and very personable. He assessed the situation, took pictures inside the line, conferred with another technician, and then explained what needed to be done. He blew out the line, took pictures, and cleaned up. Very well done!!! We have used Stephen Frankum for years and have ALWAYS received the BEST service. He has a top-notch staff. So glad he is part of our community.

Had some AC issues and gave these folks a call. The technician showed up and did a thorough examination of my system. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about what he was doing and found whatever was ailing the system right away and repaired it. They’re probably the best folks around in doing what they do, and this area is very lucky to have them around. So, if you have any AC or heating issues, give these folks a call – they’ll do you right.

He showed up on time. Checked to see what the problem was. Tech was very knowledgeable. Showed us where the wires were burned. He replaced them. Made sure that it worked properly before leaving.
Kenny Lea arrived at the appointed time to look at our RUUD A/C. The outside unit would periodically run quite loudly and wouldn’t cool. First thing he asked was what thermostat we were using. Finding out what type, he explained that it was the thermostat. Kenny explained what it was doing, why it did it, and how to fix it. We followed his instructions, and the problem was eliminated. Stating that he didn’t do any work, Kenny Lea didn’t charge us for the call out. We are very pleased with Frankum AC & Heating, LLC and will recommend them to our friends and family.
